Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen when you open PayUp. What you see depends on your role in the club.

• Your Balance — Shows how much you personally owe (outstanding payments). If you're all paid up, it shows "Paid up".
• Pay Now — If online payments are enabled and you have unpaid payments, a Pay Now button appears for quick access.
• Recent Games — The last 5 games for the current season.
• Tap your balance card to view your full player detail page.

Admin users see additional summary cards:

• Outstanding — Total unpaid payments across all players (filtered by selected season), split into Fees and Fines.
• Collected — Total payments that have been paid.
• Spent — Total expenses logged for the season.
• Top Offender — The player with the highest outstanding balance.
• Quick Actions — Shortcut buttons to Add Payment, Add Game, and Add Expense.

All dashboard data is scoped to the currently selected season. Use the Season Selector in the sidebar to switch between seasons. Clubs with more than one team also get a Team Selector — pick a specific team to filter everything down to that squad, or view "All Teams" to see a per-team outstanding/collected breakdown alongside the combined total.

Your balance in PayUp is calculated automatically based on your assigned payments and recorded payments.

Outstanding balance = Total owed − Total paid

• Total owed — The sum of all non-void payment amounts assigned to you.
• Total paid — The sum of all payments recorded against your payments (online or manual).

Voided (cancelled) payments are excluded from the total — they don't count towards what you owe.

Balances update in real time. When a payment is added, paid, voided, or deleted, the totals are recalculated automatically on the server. You don't need to refresh the page.
